First of all..THIS IS AN OBSTACLE COURSE with a little ziplining. There is alot of climbing requiring upper body strength that I didn't have. The 5 courses test your sense of balance and step. Please wear gloves because the ropes are rough. I was expecting more ziplining so I was a little disappointed with the military boot camp type of experience. All of the equipment was clean and in excellent working condition. Be prepared to spend at least four hours. It was a different way to spend a sunny afternoon. Definitely got a work out!
