Great job. We had an older used car and needed to know the whole story. They did a full checkup on it. Once we knew the issues, we made a decision to sell it for parts.
The service person Jordan was one of the best communicators. He went over the list of issues and spoke extensively with us by phone about all the parts we would need to repair, in order to make it safe on the road.
When we told him we decided to give up on repairing it, he even referred us to the Salvage Company who towed the car.
I have always preferred Conrads. They will tell you the whole story on any car issues and let you decide what you can or cannot fix. I appreciate their careful attention to detail.
