Gold Marriott Rewards member so I was upgraded to concierge level. If you are gold or higher, do not check-in online because the system doesn't auto-upgrade you. You'll get blocked into a non-upgraded room and then they have to shift things around when you arrive. 2nd floor concierge club has good food, but strangely charges for evening drinks. Whoever designed the recent room renovation should find another line of work. No desk to work at. No place to hang your shower towel within reach of the shower. Not enough storage in shower for soap and shampoo. No bathtubs. Room doors are really loud. Even given all of the above, I did like the hotel and would return if price was reasonable.
