Not impressed. Disappointed that the apartment was Filthy when I moved in. At the walk through all they wanted to do was "notate it on the sheet". They have tried to make some upgrades to the kitchen that are just o.k. (very cheaply done), but bathrooms are terrible at least in my place.
Most importantly, I have to agree with all the comments people make on the maintenance issues. If you want it fixed you have to figure out a way to do it yourself. You won't ever get a response.
And as far as the help in the front office... Don't expect any help from them at all!!
