I've purchased 4 bikes from them over the period 3 years. Excellent customer service and fair prices. We purchased a new bike for my youngest daughter. SWB had to order the bike because they didn't have the color she wanted in stock. We ordered it Saturday and school started that next Wednesday. They didn't make any promises they would be able to get it and built in time as it would need to come from California. They got the bike in time and put together. They go beyond a typical bike shop. They have a customer for life. I strongly recommend them rather you need a cruiser or a serious mountain bike.
