Oh. My. Gosh. Seriously. The WORST pedicure I have gotten in my life. My girlfriend and I were out spending a wonderful afternoon together when we ended up on a mission to get a pedicure. Judging by the mostly positive reviews we ended up at Luxury Nails. As soon as we walked in the service was horrible. We were not greeted. In fact, there was a rude woman on the phone having a personal conversation. We were not too impressed with the color selection. We took a moment to decide on the semi-decent colors we wanted. We then sat down for our 5 minute polish changes. (Because honestly, that is what it felt like.) My toes were not cleaned. They were not filed evenly. They brought out a stoned that they rubbed across our legs a few times. Massage chair was a bit uncomfortable. The dead skin on the bottom of my feet (I stand ALL day working 2 jobs) was merely clipped with some cuticle clippers rather than filed. Need I go on? There is a serious lack of TLC in this place. I will never go back.
