A couple of friends and I went to Cantina for dinner last night. There was a little bit of a wait, nothing crazy. We get sat down order our food, everything up to this point felt pretty standard. We were given chips and salsa before our meal which we happily ate. All of a sudden my friend pulls out two Bobby pins linked together from the chip basket. We were so grossed out. We told our waiter and he looked at us and mumbled something and walked away with the basket. We didn't see him for a while after that. We didn't feel like this was being properly handled so we caught another server who's response was a little better and she said she would grab a manager. The manager comes over and we explain what we found and to be honest, there really wasn't even a true, "I'm sorry" or anything. The four of us all work in customer service and couldn't believe the lack of service we were provided. We simply wanted reactions that were more than "That's weird." Or "That's gross." The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the main food was really good, but who wants to eat their food after finding someone's hair products in their food?
