Recently I was referred to Franks Auto Body in Henderson, NV by my Auto insurance. I immediately received a phone call from Franks to let me know the process for the estimate and repair.
When I phone I was impressed by Vivian and Patricia, they were so courteous and friendly.
I was able to schedule an appointment with Dennis and he was prompt and efficient giving me my estimate and the expected time needed for the repair. Vivian and Patricia were so helpful over the phone and it was nice to meet them in person. I couldnt help notice they extended the same friendly efficient manner to everyone!
Dennis explained that the damage internally may require more time to repair and be more costly. He was great about notifying me immediately when more time was needed.
Today when picked up my car, Dennis showed me my finished car and I am ecstatic! My car looks Amazing!!!
I have another vehicle which needs repair and which was extimated a few years ago at (Gerber) ..... my insurance offered them recently as well but I chose Franks. I am so happy with my experience at Franks Auto Body!!! When i have the money Franks Auto body will estimate and repair my other car.
