To be fair to the surgeon I've upgraded my rating 1 more star since I had no ill effects from the procedure. The worse pain came from my wallet. Everything I wrote previously was true to it's word. This is the only business establishment I have ever encountered requesting a 3% surcharge for use of a credit card. Front desk staff has much to learn about customer courtesy. I was NEVER informed this office was outside my network contrary to what is being said. I just took my wife to another oral surgeon to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted and I have the proof in hand of the excessive charges for panoramic x-ray & oral evaluation in comparison. Also there was no required duplicate x-ray charge using the same insurance.
