I love Alexander Dental; I go on the orthodontic side so I have no knowledge of the dental portion of the office! My wait time in the lobby is always really short, I am called back within minutes of checking in. The orthodontist Dr. Davis has a great personality and I'm pleased with the transition I see with my braces. He speaks to you and answers questions, he doesn't just speak about you (there are some out there who treat you as a chart number and never even address you as a person). Cindy, the Operations Manager always has a smile and she has a pleasant personality. My dental hygienist, Amylia is really funny and always in a good mood. I try and request her for every appointment, she takes care of the adjustments with ease and minimal pain! It makes a difference to go to a place with happy people - especially when you have braces and you have to see them every month for a couple of years! I really enjoy this office and would gladly refer them to anyone!
My children see the pediatric dentist, Dr. Jensen and he is awesome. He speaks to the kids in a way that they feel comfortable. He was able to check my daughter and she doesn't talk or interact with anyone EVER!
