Here is the message thread from them...... They replied 9 hrs after submitting the message. TENANT -- hello, I have called a bunch of times and left messages with no answer. 06/16/2015 12:30 PM-- Comment Property Manager First of all you have 2 a/c units so having one unit down is not an emergency. Second of all the a/c vendor will get to you. 06/16/2015 3:45 PM TENANT- I would like to speak to a supervisor. Please have them contact me at XXX-XXX-XXXX regarding not only the issue of the home AC not working; the inability for proper CUSTOMER SERVICE and the lack of professionalism at the above message. - 06/16/2015 3:49 PM TENANT- Can Ms. Sandy from Tenants Relations give me a call back. 06/16/2015 4:42 PM TENANT- Can Tenants Relations return my call. I have tried to get a hold of someone and no one returns my calls or messages. They still haven't had any one call me. I have been with them for 3 yrs now and the LACk of professionalism /customer service from the RPM WV staff will have me leave this house. The front desk person work ethics are Just as horrible. She has POOR POOR customer service, puts you on hold with out asking; disconnects the call when transferring; the attitude/lack of compassion towards the tenants. Corporate RPM needs to re-evaluate their staff members and ensure they are providing quality care to tenants. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and send a message to RPM HQ. I will not be shut down/swept under the rug or forgotten because a supervisor doesnt want to hold their staff accountable. Change your practice or HIRE better staff member!!!
