Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before. Wifey and I really enjoyed it. I'm sorry a previosu reviewer did not enjoy the cold bean dip with hot chips - I thought that was a very interesting dish with the temperature being used to accent it.
It's been too long since we ate there for me to recall the specifics. I do remember that the mojito was very good - perhaps the best I have had in Phoenix.
Don't let the strip mall location fool you. The decor is a little odd as I recall, striving for Havana I guess. But comfortable enough and made up for by the food. Not cheap, by any means, but definitely worth a visit.
