There is a reviewer below who wrote: "Once you pay for your appliances there is absolutely no care given. Called several times with issues or concerns and the ball was continually dropped. I will never use this company again." I cannot echo this strongly enough. We have been dealing with the Scottsdale Ferguson's Showroom over a SIMPLE issue: the wrong bathtub handle was sent to us, and despite admission of error and repeated promises to resolve the issue, we still have never received the correct product, and every time we call it's like starting over. It has been over 3 months and STILL no resolution. No one seems to have any clue as to what we're talking about until they read the notes, then they still fumble around and when they finally figure it out they make promises to fix it but STILL NOTHING HAPPENS. It has been over 3 months now and still this simple issue is not resolved! We are remodeling our entire home and had our eye on several items in other Ferguson's showrooms, but after this bathroom experience, I will steer clear of Ferguson's. So frustrating.
