Poor customer service!!! They don't want to acknowledge the inconvenience that they caused us. Considering we purchased a brand new 2016 rogue from them and put a large down payment. We're talking about the second car that we wanted to purchase from them. It was a pre-owned vehicle 2013 juke. From the very beginning, we already have a problem with the a/c. They tried fixing it couple of times. The second time, they didn't offered rental car for us to use. The third time it happened, they finally offered one to us. They had the car for 2 nights & 3 days. I'm glad I didn't listened to their pre-owned vehicle manager, Marty. He wanted me to bring our down payment right away the same day that a/c problem occurred again ( 3rd time ). All we've heard from him was bring us your cashier's check for $10,000 cause this is easy fix. No apologies or offered a rental car. That easy fix lasted 2 nights & 3 days. The second day that they had the car for fixing, nobody bothered calling us just to let us know the update w/ the vehicle. The only person that really cared was our salesman, Kevin Boyle. He's amazing! Finally, the car got fixed and we were ready to proceed on buying it and give them our down payment. I asked them if I can lower the down payment from $10,000 to $8,000. The finance director says no, okay then. I told him via email we'll give u $10,000. How about $500 off from the warranty? He said no again. We're not asking for free car. We just want an empathy from the inconvenience that we went through. So, I asked him how about free registration? Still a no answer. I finally said we'll return the car since they don't want to give us a little compensation. Like what I've said we just closed a deal from them with our new rogue that we put $13,000 down payment. He replied from my email that we've signed legal documents. Thank God! We had signed a back up contract for zero down payment. So, I replied to him that we wanted to use that contract. They made us wait for so long that finally my husband returned the juke to them. Their GM called him the same day my husband returned the car and he apologized. He said he didn't know anything about the discount of the warranty that we were originally asking from them. He said he thought we were asking for a discount of the price of the car. He said it would be easily solved if it's a warranty discount. Because it's possible. If I can rate them ZERO star, I would! It was a disaster for my first time buying a car for myself! Be careful guys!!!! One more thing, they haven't given my husband the green slip yet for us to register our rogue. The temporary plate that they've given us is about to get expired tomorrow (9/17/16). He'll be driving his car w/ expired license plate. It's really ridiculous!
