The office was warm and inviting however it took 16 minutes for the receptionist to get my information because she and a coworker were griping about a patient that had just called, that was a bit irritating and not a very good first impression. After I was checked in a very inviting lady, Miss Miracle, approached me and said she would be doing my pre-exam x-rays. She made me feel comfortable and was very friendly! I must say, I was impressed with how technologically advanced the equipment in the office was and I appreciated their paperless approach. The dentist I had was very sweet, warm and was very informative regarding my prognosis, however half way thru my cleaning she left the room for 10 minutes leaving me there, mouth gaped. I understand there are emergencies that arise but when she returned, my cleaning felt very rushed and I don't feel I got the best cleaning I could have received. With my old dentist, he would spend an hour cleaning my teeth and my cleaning here took 15 minutes total. Overall, the staff were nice and friendly. The office was clean and advanced in it's equipment. I will give them another go and see if this was just a one off fluke.
