I'll start by saying that the food is really good, that's not the problem. But the service, from Elvin especially, is really bad! The first bad experience with Elvin was when I ordered some food to go. About thirty seconds after ordering the food, I said, "oh, and please, no onions." Elvin then said that they had already made the meal, that it was pre-made, and I would have to buy the meal again to get it with no onions. If it was pre-made, they would have had to make it new for no onions anyway. I asked Elvin if that meal was worth losing my business, and he said, "I don't care." I didn't return for over a year. I was a bi-weekly customer before. A year later when I went back, there was Elvin. My friend ordered a #4, the have two #4s on the menu (which is dumb) and they brought out the wrong one. Elvin fought with the customer and blamed him for ordering the wrong one. What kind of customer service is that? The mole sauce and the verde sauce is awesome though.
