Finally, after 15 years, a reason to stay North of the 101. Spiga, open about a month now may be the best Italian restaurant I've been to since moving here. It's hip, stylish, busy, happening and the food, service, prices, selection and ambiance kills on all levels. The owners, Fernando and Paula know restaurant management and they know how to keep people happy and engaged. With their happy hour, this may very well become my new "Cheers." Bravissimo!
