Terrible customer service and more expensive than any other cleaners I've been to around the area and even in downtown where it should be more expensive.
You rather go a little further and elsewhere coz dry cleaning is not a one time thing. If you have any doubts on the cleaning or bring up any issue, it's like you have to argue with them and leave in a bad mood. First they won't acknowledge your point of view instead tell you how it can be fixed if you pay more!
so first you get ripped of on a regular clean and if you bring an issue up you're looking at extra charges (HELLO What did we pay you initially for then??!!) and you have to argue and leave in a bitter and bad mood.
Stay away or hold off till you can go elsewhere. Not going back no matter how close it is.
