I second Kat S's review about the bad customer service at this location. I too purchased a wag jag voucher and did not realized until that day that it had expired three days prior. Nevertheless, I asked one of the sales associates in the store if I could still use my expired voucher, or at least for the face value I paid for it, and he said yes, they would honour the amount paid ($15). With that being said, I took my chocolates to the cash to pay and when I mentioned that I had a voucher that had expired and that one of the sales associates said I could still redeem it for the face value, she asks another associate out loud if they were still honouring the expired voucher. That associate (I assumed it was the manager) immediately yells out "No, it's expired, it says right on the voucher!" I didn't appreciate the tone, nor the manner in which this was said; especially in front of other customers. To me this came across as rude and unprofessional. Despite being out the $15 I paid for the voucher, along with the poor customer service I received, I still ended up buying $26 worth of chocolates. In retrospect I should have just left but I guess I felt the need to make my trip to the store worth while, which, in the end it really wasn't. Next time, I'll pass.
