I had high hopes for this place but man was I let down! Went there with a Groupon for carryout yesterday and got a pizza and wings. Figured that would be a good way to judge it. I got there about 10 minutes after my order was ready only to wait about another 15 minutes to get my food (pizza wasn't keyed in right, manager took about 10 minutes to show up to type in my Groupon, waitresses had no organization to get my order, etc). Then after we got home and ate some(which you could tell by the temp my food had been sitting for some time), both of us have MASSIVE food poisoning today. I can't speak for him but it was the only thing I ate yesterday so they're is no doubt Santisi's 100% gave me food poisoning AFTER horrible service...
