This store does not deserve a star.
I have been going to this store for years and have spent thousands of dollars. I was in this location in early spring. I was told my next time would be a free bag of food. Yay. A month later I go in expecting the free bag....then I am told I am short 2 bags of food before I get this free bag of food. I was pretty upset but ok, I bought the two bags because its on a time line and I really wanted this free bag of dog food. I purchased them and then I decided to leave the free bag to pick up at a later date. I did not have room in my garage. I go in today and the same girl tells me that she originally carried it out to my vehicle at the same time when I purchased two bags in the spring. WRONG! This is a flat out lie! If that is how they treat their long time customers keep your damn food! If a bag of dog food is worth more than I would have continued to spend at your store....eat it yourself. I hope it tastes good.
I went directly to pet planet in my area and guess what.....they have the same program...buy 12 and get the 13th one free. AND it was cheaper too. I never bothered to check prices because of my loyalty to this store so I was a bit surprised when the cashier told me the total price....he also carried my dog food out to my vehicle. Bonus!!!!
