I had a great experience with this company. We needed a septic inspection completed for a short sale and they fit us in on our last day of due diligence. The issue was that we had to locate the tank, and once we did that we discovered that it was only about 1'6" deep but the cap was halfway under a concrete walkway, and the cap was seal with concrete. On top of that, there was a water pipe running right along where an impact hammer would have to be used to break the concrete seal, at an angle. Though the initial suggestion was to reschedule (we did not have time for this), I helped dig to speed the process up but Juan did the lions share of the work. He stayed, it took quite a few hours to even get to the point of inspection and we ultimately got the certification.
