I have lived here for many years and the place is getting worse because of the new tenants. Many of them fail to understand that we all are part of a community and share the responsibility of keeping the place clean. Some residents leave the garbage in the balcony for weeks, dry clothes with water dripping down and everyone is screaming with the doors and windows open. It is so chaotic during summer with the kids running on the streets and screaming outside all day. Some suggestions on being good neighbors:
1) dont have your phone on speaker and yell as you are doing your morning/evening walks. 2) Tell your kids not to scream in the hallways and don't sit in the hallways blocking traffic. 3) Use side walks and stop sitting on any random rock where a car may not see you. 4) Take your kids to a park to ride their bikes, do not leave them unattended in the parking lot.
In general, look around you and be mindful that people have different schedules some may work the night shift so lower your volume and stop slamming doors.
