Apparently, Potomac Bakery doesn't read their reviews...the cutout cookies are still over baked and way too dark. If they weren't over baked, they would be the same perfect cookies they used to be but alas...nope. $7+ is ridiculous for burnt cookies. There, I've said it again. On the upside, the young girl that handled my transaction was a sweetheart--a great improvement over the one there the last time I visited. I guess I'll wait another year and a half to see if things improved. This used to be a bi-monthly stop for me...at least!
