I love going here and can stay for hours just browsing at their huge selection since it's so easy to lose track of time. I was bummed out too when the Border's Books store in the area closed down, but this is a reasonable substitute that will satisfy most book lovers. It's a very nice, clean store that is well organized and has books in all categories. They also have a music section and a big selection of vinyl records in case you enjoy collecting. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed and the employees are very helpful and friendly. They also have a buy counter where you can sell your old books, music CD's, DVD's etc. though they don't always pay as much as one would hope. However I find that they pay a heck of a lot more for your used items than Bookman's and are centrally located thus easier for me to get to so those are big pluses in my book. I would definitely recommend Half Price books to all readers, causal and avid alike and for those just looking to browse or find good bargains.
