Our 8 year old needed some extensive work done due to a lack of dental care in previous years. We were referred over to Dr. Quackenbush and his team through a family dentist who was unable to do the work for us. We are so appreciative of how well Timber Falls took care of our son. Everything was thoroughly explained to us and to him on our first visit. We were back a week later for the procedure and it was a seamless process. The private waiting room with bearskin rocking chair was perfect as we waited for his medication to kick in. He was comfy and confident, rocking back and forth snuggled in one of their blankets, while I read to him. The procedure itself was fairly quick. I chose to sit in the main waiting room but appreciated that they asked if I wanted to stay with him. He had a speedy recovery, just as they said he would - back to his summer camp the next day. Dr Quackenbush called to check-in to see how he was doing afterwards - gotta love that! All around a fantastic experience... great staff, calm and inviting atmosphere, knowledgeable, and all about helping kids feel good about their teeth and health. Thank you!!
