We stayed in Alt Hotel Griffintown from June 11th to June 14t.h. We had a great stay and this hotel was very nice, comfortable, reasonable, clean and in a great location.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and welcoming. We drove up from the Philadelphia are and there is a reasonable parking garage under the hotel. We had a double room with two queens as we had 3 adults in the room, my wife, our daughter and myself. The room was very spacious and funky modern. The beds were very, very comfortable. The bathroom was great with nice fixtures. The room was quiet and we did not hear much street noise.
The hotel has restaurants and shops in the building. There is also a Starbucks. It is a an easy and safe 10-15 minute walk to Old Montreal and the great restaurants and café s the city has to offer.
I would stay here again when I come back to Montreal. We were about $165 per night including all taxes and parking. Not bad at all.
