We were exhausted from searching for an apartment all day when my boyfriend came across Montecito Pointe. Desiree was very professional and personable while showing us several one and two bedroom apartments. She was friendly and knowledgeable about which units were available and on what move-in date. The quality for the quantity of luxurious amenities is excellent. The pet rent was less than others in the area. The 24 hour gym was far better than competitors and the pool reminded us of something you'd find on a staycation with a fancy daybed and nice lounge chairs. Inside the apartments had all kinds of upgrades that gave it a very cozy feel. We can't wait to move in next week!
