My father had an appointment for carpal tunnel surgery scheduled for the 25th of August, he was vacationing in Oregon and came back on the 19th to prepare for his surgery as he had not gotten the prescriptions he was told he'd get and wanted to make sure everything was in order before his surgery - he was out running errands and decided to stop by the office to make sure everything was in order only to find out that the doctor was no longer at that location. The doctor NEVER contacted him to inform him of the change and nobody from the office contacted him either. My father returned from vacation for the surgery and chose this doctor based on location as well, he could have selected a different doctor and stayed on holiday longer had anyone had the courtesy of contacting him and informing him if the changes, this is VERY unprofessional!
