I was so incredibliy impressed with this place for a few reasons.
I was there during the week, at off-peak hours, so the atmosphere at that time was nice and relaxed.
I was able to strike up a conversation with the girl at the cash, and she was incredible inviting and friendly. I had heard that the BBQ was what I should order here, but according to her, it's the brisket that is what brigns people back.

So I order the brisket and it was amazing. I got it with BBQ sauce on it, as well as carmelized onions. I'm not able to eat bread... .no problem! they offered it to me in a cup with a fork to eat. Awesome!
Just based on being there for the one dish, I will defiinitely go back, not only to try other things, but also the same thing (brisket) with different combos of accompanyments, such as BBQ sauce, mustardds, onions, sauces, etc.
