They don't complete the job well and won't call you back or worse make up excuses then don't call back or show up.
We paid for a job and got an entirely new roof. Since the job we have had a leak in the same spot which he admitted happened because they didn't seal it properly. He did come out to fix it once since the job but has evaded our calls and even made excuses on why he can't be here.
I hate to have to do this and hope that Gilbert does the right thing and calls us back then actually shows up to fix his work. If that is the case I promise I will update this new review to reflect the changes.
