I have been going to this nail salon for a year now and honestly I have never experienced such poor service especially since I was a loyal customer (I get my nails done religiously every 2 weeks). When I first started coming here the place was amazing but as time went on they began to charge for things that was not on their price list for example nail cut down. They then added that to their list since I complained about that not being on their price list. Now I get my nails done for the next couple months everything is fine until December when they started charging me $5-$10 for my nail length, the girl literally lifts my finger up to the manager so the manager determines how much I will pay for length. I have always gotten the same length aprox. 1 1/2 cm. I let that go and pay additional for length. Now this is icing on the cake to where I refuse to go to them. I went in on Saturday get my nails done like normal and she tells me it is $40 for a regular fill not gel polish and she didnt take off my previous nails. I was charged $25 for the fullset, $5 for length, $5 for french tip, and $10 for putting on a second coat of polish. Really $10 for another coat of polish! They must obviously hurt for money when they charge $10 for 2 coats of polish. Though they are close to my house I refuse to ever go back there again and to anyone that does get service from them BEWARE. By the way the will cut you alot with their machines. HORRIBLE PLACE!
