Horrible customer service. Has had my sons guitar for over a month and would not return calls. Said he was sick then it was a holiday when I did finally get ahold of him. Said he needed to get new strings and build a bigger bridge. When he said he was there for me to pick up he would not answer the door. Finally called me back after 3 calls. Brought the guitar out, no strings, no new bridge. Nothing was done. This could have been explained over the phone a month ago so I could have gotten my son a new guitar. Waste of time. Do not go here.
