Melissa and the team did a great job, great selection and a no pressure sales approach. Took a couple of weeks as our carpet was a special order. The only area for improvement was there was confusion on the installation, i.e. pad was out in Peoria our house is in Scottsdale, was not Jason or Steve's fault at all. Speaking of Jason and Steve, 1000% professional, everything was perfect when they left. I recommend this business, the only thing I would ask is that they work on being on time instead of a little late.
