Pretty good market considering that most buy from the national grocery chains (Phoenix is a chained city!!). Maya Farms is one of my favs.. not only do they carry more exotic vegetables (romanesca) but they also added Save Our Farm raw milk! That's worth the trip alone!
If only the local bakers and such would join the scene.. where's Willo, Tammie Coe and MJ Bread? The market is only as strong as the people willing to participate in it.
