I had my first reiki session with Kelly today. The atmosphere was peaceful and clear from the first step in the door. It was my first time, so Kelly explained a little of what to expect which was calming. The whole session felt very full and complete from sound bowls, chimes, crystals and of course the reiki (she mentioned tuning forks too, maybe we'll get to that in another session). She even wrote down messages that came to her during our session. And shared them with me in the end. They were on-point exactly with visions and words that came to me as well. I feel very balanced, calm and equipped with new insight on how to grow and be more balanced in my life. I highly recommend.
