I bring all my out of town guests here! Does that tell you how much I love this place. I encourage all to take the $30 trip down into the dam. Every guide I've had has taught me something new about this amazing wonder. Every time I come out here I figure I'll wait up top while they go on the tour but so far I haven't been able to resist the chance to descend.
There is plenty of free parking if you don't mind walking a bit. They have also recently updated the gift store & cafe. The gift store is now uncluttered and much easier to shop. The food is the usual fast food grill but my guest enjoyed the breakfast sandwich he ordered.
