They used to be consistently great but maybe the woman who owned it sold it or something because the quality is way down. when I get shampooed I am amazed that the stylists always think you have only one quadrant on your head....I never say, but I should, "the area above my left ear appears clean now...." And they used to do a little massage while waiting for conditioner to work; that's gone. But I could forgive all that because the blow dry was always great - not anymore. Of the last 4 I have had, 2 have been bad. There are a lot of these places around, so I will go to others. Typical get too big too fast and quality gone.
