Went to this place for afternoon snack because I saw lots of great Instagram pictures and good reviews. I came with a pretty high expectation and was quite disappointed..
It was actually quite quiet with another table of people. The service was excellent, with very attentive staff. However, I looked at the menu and was surprised at the lack of options for dessert! I wanted to try a floral mousse cake but they only had 2 options. It was a pricey $5 for a small earl grey mousse cake and I actually hardly tasted any earl grey in it. As well, tried the waffle with ice cream, bananas and strawberry for a whopping $10. The waffle was very fresh but small and not worth the cost. I ordered a tea for $6.99 which I found very pricey. However they did have a huge selection and I really liked the lavender earl grey. It did live up to the expectation and the waitress was attentive in refilling the tea. My husband's latte though lacked bean flavour and the milk was not frothed enough.
In total we paid $30 for mediocre dessert and coffee. The tea though was excellent and waffle was fresh although pricey. I was disappointed in the lack of options for dessert though and the quality of the dessert for overpriced cost.
