I have been here three times and the staff was very nice... I read the other reviews and they are terrible and thought i should speak up. The first time was treatment for a small vein on my cheek and they used a laser that did an area... they said it may take up to 3 treatments.. the next time I decided to pay a bit more for a new laser that was better for spot treatment as last time it diminished but didnt disappear. This time a doctor did it and he was very nice and a tech was talking to me before and I was complaining about how my skin burned as it was so dry... she suggested a facial that was on sale and since i had never had one i thought id give it a try (had to go later on as I couldnt have right before or after laser treatment). The facial was amazing and so relaxing... I decided to buy another one for myself on black friday... should have bought one as a gift for my friend. The staff was super nice all 3 times and yes they did try to sell me other products but were not pushy and just told what they did and how i could benefit. Just came online to find their number to book my next facial and saw the terrible reviews and thought god I better say something as the staff and treatments have always been amazing.
