I met fellow Yelper Loren for lunch here about a week before writing this review. I have heard some good things about this place, and wanted to give it a try. Baguette Cafe is on the South West of town. I live on the far east side. But, I'm freeway close and from Orange County, so driving is no bid deal to me. I got lost trying to find Baguette, as it is tucked away in a business complex. I eventually got a clue and looked for the address on the buildings. I eventually found it. The restaurant is small but well kept. Their displays are amazing and everything looked so good. The service was nice too. I like the personal aspect at the counter while ordering. The guy taking my order asked me about my tattoos. I like that... a friendly greeting goes a long way with me. I ordered the Chicken salad. And, I was informed that they could make any sandwich on the menu into a salad. But, I kept to my order. The salad was okay but that was the way I ordered it so I can't complain. I tend to pick through and separate my veggies. I'm weird like that. But, overall it was a nice place to grab a bite.
