Came in this morning to use a 7 day VIP pass I received by mail. I checked in with the people at the front desk, and they got me all signed up, and told me to take a seat and that the manager would speak with me shortly. I got there early (7:30) because I wanted to work out early, get showered, and walk home before it got too hot outside. I was sitting in the front waiting area for about 30 minutes after they said they would go retrieve their manager (who I was sitting within 15 feet of and I could physically see her where I was sitting) to get me started. The manager never spoke to me, I never received a tour, never received an explanation on how to use the tanning bed, never received protective eyewear for the tanning bed, even though it was posted that it was required. Because the manager never spoke to me, the people at the front desk just let me work out and speak with someone after my workout. The only person that was helpful was one girl, whose name I never got, but she was a sweet black girl with short hair that was stocking towels and drinks. Treadmills are a bit outdated, loud, & shaky, but all of the weights and weight training equipment were really nice and there are tons of various machines, which was great!
