Alexis was the one who did my waxing. She was awesome! You can talk about anything with her and it makes the time go by faster.
It is a lot longer than your typical wax. I've been a customer with European wax center for 3 years and I wanted to try something different after my wax pass finished. At EWC it typically takes 15-20 min for my Brazilian. Over here, it took 45 min. So just a heads up.
I do like that you have the chance to get to know your waxer.
And also, they send you a post card after your first visit. How thoughtful is that? Definitely try this play out :) you won't regret it. I've already signed up for a wax pass.
