Had a great experience with Josh at the Boca Park West Mattress Firm. Hubby and I were going to shop queen mattress deals this Memorial Day weekend. Josh was courteous and professional and so patient with allowing us to try many different beds to find the right one. Since it was a weekend of sales, we got a great price from Josh! He made it so easy, I think it may have been the fastest deal we've made on such a big purchase. Everyone one was very nice-even Chuck (one of the other associates) offered us snacks while we waited for the paper work. Let's hope the delivery goes smoothly next week! Great job, Josh!
