I had the honor to have the most painless car purchase ever! I worked the Justin-Internet sales and the Alex-Finance. I shopped around, asked A LOT of questions such as: "what is different about your dealership to make me want to purchase here", and cursed a little about window tint. Justin was wonderful from beginning to end to include touring the showroom, meeting different staff members (service and parts) and did an amazing overview of my new vehicle. Alex in finance was just as wonderful. This part of the car purchase is typically where things go "sideways" for me with the hard sells. Alex gave me the quick and dirty, why its good/needed, what the price is, answered questions and kept it moving. Got my add-ons and didn't feel like I got taken advantage like I have when I was younger. I love my truck, love this dealership and loved my experience. It sucks that others didn't because it was such a pleasurable experience for me.
