I agree with Chris S' 11/29 review that the service is very slow. We arrived at ~6 on a Saturday and was told that it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. The wait was about 1 1/4 hours, and could have been quicker, but the staff was very slow at seating people as tables became available.
We had the Blackened Chicken and Mom's Meatloaf sandwiches, both of which were very good. We never had grilled sandwiches like this before with the thick bread and the amount of cheese. The fries and cole slaw were good, too. Although we really enjoyed the meal, it was far too much food.
I was surprised that we had to ask them to change channels on one of the TVs so that we could watch the Cavs game.
We will definitely go back next time we are in the Cleveland area.
