First, some of the staff at the front door need some restaurant etiquette class. Second, a soul food restaurant should not have Calamari on the menu if they can't actually make it right. My order looked like chicken nuggets and was fried so hard that they literally fell apart into crumbs when you picked them up. They should stick to Mac & cheese ( maybe not since that was worst than kraft boxed Mac & cheese). They should think about sending their cooks to soul food cooking class at some point if they plan on being successful.
