Literally the WORST massage I have EVER had. I would give negative stars for that if I could. I had the facial/massage combo and I have to say the facial was very nice and I would give that 4 stars as a separate service. That aside, the massage therapist spent maybe 20 minutes doing a full body massage and then spent another 20 minutes giving me 'rug burns' on my scalp. The same song played for the entire 40 minutes on a continuous loop. I considered the fact that she ended about 10 minutes early a blessing. I had gotten waxing done at the Body Shop previously at their old location and again, the WORST. I had hoped that maybe it was only that one service that was so bad. Obviously, they continue to employee unskilled therapists/technicians. I am just reading Seth T's comment and am utterly stunned that this massage therapist apparently does this quite often. Why is the owner not paying attention to all of these terrible reviews and doing something about her staff?
