Purchased a groupon for cut, full highlight and conditioning. They booked me with Shelby, so I proceeded to explain that I like my blonde highlights BLONDE not apricot, not caramel but blonde. She seemed to understand and after talking with her we agreed that I only needed partial highlights. So she went on to say that they bleach she used has a toner in it but if my blonde came out too brassy she would put more toner on it. She said that normally toner was an extra $10 but since I paid for full highlights and was only getting partial she wouldn't charge me for it. WELL, I left there extremely brassy, she didn't offer to put toner on it and I honestly don't think I got any special conditioning treatment! She is the "professional" so she should have realized it needed toning I shouldn't have to point it out! Live and learn!
