I recently had Oasis-Chem dry come clean the tile and carpets for my entire house and they were wonderful. I found them through the website and when they came by, David Gaulden was kind enough to give me a business card in case I should need anything else. They were very clear about their prices and what specifically they would do. One of my favorite things is their harmless solution. It's not simply steam like stanley steamer, or harmful chemicals. I love that its safe for children and pets, from what I've read and was told, the solution is even safe enough to drink! All in all I found their services excellent. They threw in the option for some free scent boosters, and mentioned rather than just doing it. They were very up front about what I would be paying, despite what prior reviews have to say.
